1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Nekoya Digital Atelier platforms, purchasing digital deliverables, or engaging our engineering services, you contractually agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, access to our systems is prohibited.
2. Service Scopes, Deliverables & Intellectual Property
All software, AI architectures, and creative assets produced under executed client contracts are transferred upon receipt of full payment. Nekoya Digital Atelier maintains strict confidentiality regarding proprietary source code and client datasets.
3. Commercial Transactions & Secure Processing
Commercial transactions are securely processed via PCI-DSS compliant regional gateways (including QRIS, bank transfers, Stripe, and authorized partner acquirers). Pricing schedules are published transparently or specified in binding statements of work.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Nekoya Digital Atelier or its operators be held liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages exceeding the total contractual fees received for the specific service under dispute.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Milestone Satisfaction Window
For digital commerce items and services, we provide a 30-day scope resolution guarantee. If technical deliverables fail to satisfy the mutually agreed statement of work specifications, our engineering team performs complimentary remedial sprints.
2. Physical Products & Merchandising
Physical goods ordered through authorized Nekoya studio channels qualify for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of confirmed delivery if returned in original unused condition. Defective shipments are replaced at zero additional shipping expense.
3. Commercial Refund Execution
Approved refunds are disbursed to the original funding source (credit card, bank account, or digital wallet) within 5 to 7 business banking days following reconciliation.
